Position: Executive Assistant

We are currently seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct executive support to the CEO, ensuring their time and energy are effectively managed.
- Coordinate communication and engagement with key external stakeholders, ensuring timely, professional, and mission-aligned interactions.
- Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, briefing documents, and follow-up action tracking.
- Support internal committees and working groups through clerical assistance and documentation.
- Manage executive scheduling, appointments, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
- Assist with the creation of presentations, speeches, reports, and internal communications.
- Monitor and help manage projects led by the CEO, attending meetings as needed and tracking action items.
- Maintain professional discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive organizational matters.
- Foster positive relationships with internal staff, board members, donors, and community partners.
- Ensure all CEO communications are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years supporting senior executives; experience in the mental health or human services sector is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Demonstrated ability to work with discretion, judgment, and diplomacy.
Location and Mobility:
· This is an on-site role, with room for some contemporary flexibility.
· Occasional out-of-hours availability to support executive functions.
