Rock Point Real Estate is seeking a motivated and proactive Maintenance Tech to focus on turns.

Responsibilities: The Turn Specialist - Maintenance Technician is responsible for preparing rental homes for new tenants by performing a variety of repair, maintenance, and refurbishment tasks. This role focuses on completing work necessary to ensure homes meet company standards and are move-in ready. The Turn Specialist will work efficiently within tight timelines to minimize vacancy periods while maintaining high-quality standards. While the focus will be turning houses, you will also be required to help the rest of the mainatnce department as needed to help complete all residents' maintenance requests.
Experience: Painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, and general home repairs is preferred.

Estimated pay is $19 -$22 an hour depending on experience, skills and what you bring to the team.

This job is 40 hours a week Monday through Friday and you will take turns being on call for after-hours and weekend emergency maintenance calls.
