This position is for residential cleaning. We are looking for EXPERIENCED residential cleaners who are available to work Monday-Friday starting at 7:45 AM.

Responsibilities
- Sweep, scrub, mop and vacuum floors
- Change linen
- General housekeeping
- Shampoo carpets, rugs and upholstery as needed
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated area
- Maintain health and sanitary requirements
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of proven professional residential cleaning experience
- Ability to manage time effectively to ensure completion of tasks
- Expert knowledge of residential cleaning practices and procedure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under little supervision
- Ability to work solo and as a team
- Valid driver license with no major traffic violations (ie OUI, Driving to Endanger, Suspensions etc.)
- Reliable Transportation (vehicle insurance and valid registration and inspection sticker required)
