Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed while ensuring all items are stocked appropriately.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with the cleaning of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Follow established housekeeping management procedures to ensure efficiency and quality of service.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing custodial duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed during cleaning tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required by the hotel operation.
