About the Job
This role involves clearing tables and resetting them for new seating in accordance with venue standards. You'll ensure each table is ready for guests' arrival and provide exceptional customer service by approaching newly seated guests and serving bread, butter, water, etc., in a timely and pleasant manner.
You'll work closely with servers to expedite service at all tables and monitor tables to assess guests' needs, anticipating and responding to requests when meals are completed. Your responsibilities will also include restocking and cleaning assigned stations at the end of shift, maintaining a regular and consistent attendance record, and participating as a team member in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service/communication skills
- Able to work required schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- Able to respond to visual and oral cues
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations, including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and ability to work in constricting areas
