Who We’re Looking For?
Experienced Installers & Carpenters:
- Siding Installers: Knowledge of James Hardie siding is a plus! We also provide training for skilled carpenters eager to learn.
- Deck Builders: Proven experience constructing custom decks and patio structures.
Reliable & Professional Team Members:
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (required for travel to job sites).
- Willingness to learn our methods and adapt to company standards.
- Respect for leadership-even when taking direction from younger supervisors.
Commitment to Safety & Quality:
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols to maintain our high standards.
Your Role:
As an Installer, you can specialize in one of the following areas:
