We are looking for an enthusiastic, HIGH ENERGY and positive motivated individual to join our sales team. As a Salesperson at Holmes Motors in Montgomery, AL. You will play a crucial role in driving our sales by providing exceptional customer service and utilizing your STRONG SOCIAL MEDIA presence to engage potential customers.
Social Media is a major REQUIREMENT of this job.
Sales experience is a plus, it does not have to be in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the car buying process.
- Leverage social media platforms to expand our customer base and promote our inventory.
- Create weekly SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT. (short videos, pictures)
- Offer in-depth knowledge of our in-house financing options, including NO-credit-check deals.
- Work your daily leads provided, make set amount of calls and text.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on market trends.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong presence on social media platforms, willing to be on camera/photos/videos. (NON NEGOTIABLE)
- Create your own social media content weekly. (Facebook reels, short videos, post, Tiktok)
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Sales experience required (Does not have to be automotive but some sales experience is helpful)
- Valid Driver's License
