Essential Responsibilities :
- Provides Financial / Clinical consulting to clients with respect to their employee benefit health and welfare plans; Responsible for presenting financial / clinical data to clients.
- Runs and Analyzes client monthly financial reporting (MFSR) and presents MFSRs to clients.
- Provides complex reporting, presenting results to clients.
- Participates in development of financial reporting enhancements.
- Assists in development of new CLUE reporting.
- Takes prominent role in the development and enhancements of new and existing client budget, financial and clinical analysis and tools.
- Builds and maintains Financial / Clinical models to support client account teams; mentors and trains junior staff, as necessary.
- Recommends complex strategic and tactical initiatives based upon clinical and financial data.
Qualifications :
Education : High school diploma; college degree preferred.Experience : 5-7 years applicable experience, preferably in the insurance industry [at a brokerage or provider organization].Licensing : Active state specific Life & Health Insurance agent's license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.Skills & Technical Competencies : Key skills for effective client consulting include a solid grasp of insurance principles to meet strategic needs, strong client management to prioritize and deliver impactful solutions, and sharp analytical abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently.Here's a little bit about us :

Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience and industry certifications.
