As the Process Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, system integration, and continuous improvement across multiple departments. Your key responsibilities will include identifying opportunities to optimize processes, integrating various systems for seamless operations, and influencing impactful employee user experience and training.

Essential Responsibilities

Process Improvement Leadership:

• Lead efforts to instill a consistent approach to process thinking, management, and customer-focused design within ICS.
• Conduct process mapping, identify inefficiencies, and promote innovative approaches to improve processes.
• Establish and govern standards for process mapping, analysis, redesign, and management.
  
  

System Integration

• Collaborate with IT and relevant departments to ensure optimal system functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues impacting process efficiency.
  
  

Change Management

• Design and execute change management plans to maximize employee engagement and minimize resistance to change.
• Act as a go-to resource for process and system-related support across the organization.
  
  

Collaboration And Training

• Assist in developing learning curricula by acting as a subject matter expert.
• Consult closely with leaders and stakeholders to identify and address gaps in learning and development.
• Foster communication and collaboration on process and system-related projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. Lean and Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in process optimization, project management, and/or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Skills & Technical Competencies: The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of process improvement, project management, and change management principles, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to build and influence relationships. They should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple initiatives while analyzing complex issues to develop practical solutions. Core competencies include building trust through honest actions, effective communication, client focus, and teamwork. Technical competencies involve knowledge of captive insurance principles, workflow and systems management, and relationship management to deliver impactful solutions.
