Job Description :
We are looking to add a Sales Coordinator to join our Brokerage Service Sales support team in Waukee . Candidates thrive in our environment when they harness their collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a love of learning.
The Sales Coordinator will report to the Sales Business Partner for Brokerage Services and plays a critical role in contributing to achieving company sales goals. Although the Sales Coordinator will not have responsibility for selling, they play an important role by acting as an internal resource for the Property Casualty and Employee Benefits sales team. This individual will work closely with sales producers across all geographies to support their prospecting efforts, pipeline management and act as a liaison to resources available for their success. The ideal candidate will have both a sales and marketing mindset to provide insights to improve selling processes and strategies to win more business. They will collaborate and build relationships with multiple stakeholders, including Marketing team members and other Enterprise Business Partners.
Essential Responsibilities :
Sales
- Support sales leaders in the onboarding of new sales hires and transfers from Select to Commercial Risk Group.
- Champion and educate producers on our Drive sales approach and strategy.
- Collaborate with producers to build and qualify prospect lists using third-partner sales tools and create prospect campaigns with the support of our Marketing team.
- Oversee the usage of prospecting tools, obtaining qualified lists and training for our sales team. Also to include the research and vetting of new sales tools.
- Partner with Sales Business Partner in the content creation of monthly sales meeting and ongoing team communications.
- Partner with Marketing stakeholders on requests for new content and collateral that enable our sales team to win more business.
- Create, analyze and provide observations of sales performance reporting within Salesforce.
- Coordinate and execute successful sales events such as the annual Sales Summit, team meetings and sales leader retreats.
- Plan, coordinate and support geography sales leaders with intern program curriculum and overall experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities, resources or tools to add value for sales team to drive greater business results.
- Develop close working relationships with sales producers, leaders and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrate ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines.
- Willingness to learn the insurance industry. Obtaining insurance license is not required but is a bonus.
- Must be knowledgeable of and comply with HMA's Client Privacy Policy, HIPAA regulations and E&O procedures and policies.
