We are looking to add a Salesforce Administrator to join our Innovative Captive Strategies team in Waukee, IA . Candidates thrive in our environment when they harness their collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a love of learning.
Duties :
- Handle all aspects of user and license management including new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- End user support including troubleshooting errors
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) : Object and field creation, page layouts and lighting pages, record types, custom settings
- Monitor End user Adoption and propose ideas to further drive Adoption
- Keeping up with new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
- Performs special projects and other duties as requested.

Education : A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred.Programming Languages : Strong preference for experience with Java in school or work settings.Experience : Minimum 0-2 years' Salesforce experience.
