Job Description :
We are looking to add a Claims Intern to join our Property Casualty Claims team in the Waukee, IA office. Offering a forward-thinking, innovative, and vibrant company culture. Join us for our 11-week summer program for an internship opportunity that will give you invaluable insights into the industry while getting exposure to learning and developing skills in the insurance industry specifically on the Property Casualty side of the business.
You will :
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and operate as an effective partner with clients.
- Learn about the claims process by observing and assisting team members with reported claims.
- Consult, education, and assist clients with claims related functions and services including :
Provide or oversee accurate and timely loss information for internal and external clients' use.
