We are seeking Structural Project Engineers to join us!
Minimum Qualifications :
- B.S. (M.S. preferred) in Structural Engineering.
- 3 years of related experience in structural engineering.
- Fast learners with ambition and the ability to handle increased responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with clients, project teams, and colleagues.
Responsibilities :
Responsible for planning and conducting design work on building structures requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, and application of engineering techniques. Experience with procedures and criteria for various project types, including but not limited to concrete, steel, masonry, and wood. Works with project team internally and externally to deliver projects. Introduction to mentoring junior technical staff.

Compensation and Benefits :
Base salary : $85,000 - $100,000 biannual profit share bonus potential. Salary will be commensurate with experience / skills and location.
