Holsbeke Construction is a 3rd generation construction company started in 1957 & located in Mt Clemens. We specialize in General Contracting Building, Concrete & Masonry. We are currently looking for a Construction Project manager to join our team. The position entails managing one or more ongoing projects throughout Metro Detroit.
Hours: 6:30am - 5/6pm Monday through Friday with the occasional Saturday.
Work includes but not limited to:
· Working with our estimators to put detailed bids out to our current and new customers
· Review subcontractor proposals
· Work with our management & office staff to get subcontractor agreements out to trades
· Manage jobsites, trades & material
· Work with customers and staff to communicate job progress, change orders etc.
Experience:
- Minimum of years of project management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
