Customer Relations Manager (CRM)

Holt Dynamics is looking to immediately hire self-motivated, positive, and passionate candidates to develop into Customer Relations Managers. Ideal Customer Relations Manager candidates are seeking professional growth, a great work atmosphere, and opportunity for the future. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Bilingual abilities in Spanish are a major plus for the role but are not necessary to apply.

Responsibilities of the Customer Relations Manager:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints directly face to face with customers
• Provide information about the products and services by our client which can change and vary depending on the campaign needs
• Troubleshoot, resolve product issues, concerns while reporting directly to the management team
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  
  

Qualifications of the Customer Relations Manager:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
