Job Summary: This position is responsible for the life cycle and success of manufacturing projects. This person is the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the life of the project and is responsible for developing and executing on project milestones, coordinating with Operations to meet delivery dates and managing overall project financials.

Essential Functions:
- Model, promote, reinforce, and reward the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline to track opportunity stage and status
- Ensure project quoted scope and customer issued POs are in alignment, establish project baseline expectations; Any deviations driven by customer needs can be communicated and agreed on through our change order process
- Conduct coordination meetings in alignment with stage-gate process best practices to ensure organizational readiness of new project and/or products
- Perform sales handover meeting with engineering to review project scope and initial timelines
- Coordinate schedules with engineering to ensure submittal arrangement drawings and submittal packs are completed on time with project deliverables
- Professionally communicate project timelines and expectations across critical resource groups and establish accountability for delivery of their work products to meet the established milestone dates
- Coordinate with Supply Chain for awareness of potential project needs of long-lead time components; provide technical guidance and procurement assistance as needed
- Obtain quotes from suppliers and issue purchase orders for some production parts and material
- Proactively and professionally communicate project status, issues, and risks to Customers and Management
- Collaborate with Operations to manage and maintain a unified manufacturing production schedule of manufacturing shop capacity; keep Sales & Business Development apprised of build slot availability
- Develop, and maintain, effective internal and external business relationships to ensure project success
- Identify and mitigate risks to minimize exposure to the business
- Track progress, assess issues and identify solutions to meet deadlines and delivery dates
- Ensure project documents are complete, accurate, and stored appropriately as defined by the business
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
- Conduct cross-functional project post-mortems to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements and create recommendations reports to drive continuous improvement of project lifecycle management
- Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards

- Own the Quote to Cash (QTC) lifecycle of manufacturing projects which involves the cross-functional coordination of sales, account management, legal, supply chain, production, finance, and accounts receivable
- Collaborate with Sales & Business Development and prepare timely, competitive and accurate project estimates and proposals in response to opportunity requirements
- Coordinate schedules with engineering to ensure submittal arrangement drawings and submittal packs are completed on time with project deliverables
Purchasing:
- Own the life cycle of projects from purchase order to revenue which involves the cross-functional coordination of scheduling, sales, account management, legal, supply chain, production, finance, and accounts receivable
- Participate in sales handover meeting with engineering to review project scope and initial timelines
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge in project engineering practices, procedures, and processes
- Computer and related software knowledge and/or experience and the ability to learn/use new computer programs to include MS Office products including MS Project
- Knowledge of basic office practices, procedures, and processes
- Understand how to use data visualization tools to repots timelines and project updates

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent professional experience in similar field
- Three or more years of experience in planning, scheduling and/or project management, some electric power generation or customer engineering project experience required

- Frequently works at a fast pace with unscheduled interruptions
