- Adheres to guidelines and procedures to load, unload, store, and disburse inventory material to assist in satisfying customer requirements and achieving manufacturing goals
- Ensures parts and finished product by locating and staging for shipment
- Transports material in area or between areas utilizing carts, tuggers, cart caddies, forklifts, and other devices
- Maintains kitting processes and best practices for operations and external customers
- Maintains all company equipment and work/storage areas in a good, clean, and working order
- Observes and adheres to all safety aspects/policies/training/call outs at all times and requires reporting of all near misses and incidents
- Works overtime as required by workload and customers’ needs
- Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Basic knowledge and proficiency with current computer software and related hardware
- Ability to operate a conventional forklift
- Ability to quickly and repeatedly operate the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and understand information
- Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year experience on various sizes of forklifts
- Prior Material Tracking System (MTS) experience preferred

- Significant amount of time standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, stooping, climbing and reaching
- Constant movement and use of limbs, hands, this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- Ascends/descends with gradual or continuous progress by oneself, using both hands and feet and climbs up and down ladders and/or equipment
- Must be able to precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands in order to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects
- Routinely reacts to visual, auditory and other signals, including alarms and instructions, and is required to visually inspect work
- Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue
- Frequently lifts and moves materials and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Requires wearing proper protective and safety equipment (PPE)
- Regularly works around moving equipment and exposed to flashes of light from welding, and loud noise levels
- Exposure to small quantities of chemicals, dust, steam, high-pressure water and high speed rotating equipment
- Works in awkward potions and high places
- Works in an enclosed and open vehicle or equipment
