HOLT Truck Lease is looking to hire an Office Administrator for its Houston location. The Office Administrator performs a variety of administrative support activities. Coordinates all aspects of the daily office environment including, but not limited to, office maintenance, ordering office supplies, and other duties to ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis : 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal / external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development
Essential Functions :
- Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLTs Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission.
- Facilitates truck bookings for new, sold, and moved in
- Maintains all truck
- Maintains and updates all truck maintenance / asset management screens in I8S according to schedule A's and / or truck moves in fleet.
- Invoices for sold trucks / notify
- Handles fleet Charge / Warranty
- Processes monthly Dealer Statement from National
- Administers purchase orders
- Maintains a list of all trucks in fleet
- Manages monthly lease billing (local and National Accounts)
- Collects lease mileages
- Reviews lease tolls - research, pay, rebill
- Audits Monthly National Account
- Performs miscellaneous
- Creates yearly - CPI Worksheets and
- Creates yearly - PPT calculations, worksheets
- Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures
- Requires regular and punctual employee
