As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating and air conditioning equipment for residential customers. This includes applying technical expertise, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning equipment
- Provide top-notch customer service and maintain strong communication
- Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
- Attend manufacturer training classes and ongoing education sessions
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Handle physical workload of at least 50 lbs.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and occasionally heavier loads.
- Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
- Ability to climb ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed for installations and repairs.
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures (both hot and cold environments).
- Ability to stand for extended periods while performing tasks.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment safely.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of HVAC service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
