Job Overview

Chronister Enterprises LLC AIR N ICE is seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAC/R Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for both residential and commercial clients. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC installation, service, maintenance, and controls in residential and commercial settings.
• Familiarity with electric controls, VVT, DDC, and programmable thermostat controls of HVAC equipment.
• Knowledge of various HVAC equipment types, including window units, package units, air handling units, and some commercial refrigeration.
• Preferred Experience in refrigeration, electric motors, heating units, hermetic compressors, light commercial furnaces, boilers, burners intake and exhaust fans, economizers, humidifiers, low-temperature applications, ice machine experience, and controls knowledge.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• EPA 601 Certification (mandatory).
• Apprentice, Master or Journeyman license preferred.
• Proven experience in HVAC/R installation and service.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
