Key Responsibilities
- Transport, load, and unload essential equipment.
- Locate existing utilities with precision.
- Prepare and feed cable routes.
- Ensure the job site is secured and safe.
- Operate various equipment, including excavators, backhoes, vac trailers, and bucket trucks.
- Restore the job site upon project completion, including tasks such as adding topsoil, seeding, and pouring new concrete.
- Strong physical stamina and capability for outdoor labor.
- Proficiency in operating heavy machinery, such as excavators and backhoes.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt within a dynamic work environment.
- Must possess a Class A CDL (or a standard driver's license for entry-level roles).
- An acceptable driving record as per insurance standards.
- Willingness to travel throughout Wisconsin, primarily in the Northeastern region, Monday through Friday (home on weekends when possible).
