Key Responsibilities

• Transport, load, and unload equipment
• Locate existing utilities and prepare cable routes
• Ensure job sites are safely secured
• Operate machinery, including excavators, backhoes, and bucket trucks
• Restore job sites post-project completion by adding topsoil, seeding, or pouring concrete
  
  

Required Skills

• Ability to work outdoors and handle physical tasks
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Eagerness to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities
• Class A CDL preferred, although candidates with a standard driver's license are encouraged to apply for entry-level positions
  
  

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel throughout Wisconsin, primarily in Southeastern WI, Monday through Friday (with weekends at home if not overnight)
• An insurance-acceptable driving record is essential
