Key Responsibilities
- Execute aerial installation of phone and fiber cables.
- Safely operate bucket trucks and utilize climbing gear.
- Perform new builds and maintain existing telecommunication lines.
- Engage in lashing, pole transfers, and related tasks.
- Proficiency in climbing telephone poles and operating bucket trucks.
- Ability to work at heights of up to 40 feet.
- Willingness to travel primarily throughout Southeastern WI, Monday-Friday (with weekends at home, if not nightly).
- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry or relevant lineman training is preferred.
- A valid driver's license; possession of an insurance-acceptable Class A CDL is preferred and recognized with higher compensation.
