Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain aerial phone and fiber optic cables
- Operate bucket trucks safely and climb with appropriate gear
- Execute new builds, maintain existing lines, perform lashing, and manage pole transfers
- Proficiency in climbing telephone poles and operating bucket trucks
- Capability to work at heights of up to 40 feet
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to travel primarily throughout Southeastern Wisconsin
- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry or relevant lineman training is preferred
- A Class A CDL, acceptable by insurance standards, is preferred, with a $2.00/hour pay increase upon obtaining an unrestricted Class A CDL after hire
