Key Responsibilities
- Transport, load, and unload equipment safely.
- Identify and locate existing utility lines.
- Prepare cable routes and facilitate cable installation.
- Ensure job site safety and security at all times.
- Operate heavy machinery, including excavators, backhoes, and bucket trucks.
- Restore job sites post-project completion, including tasks like topsoil application, seeding, and concrete pouring.
- Ability to engage in outdoor work and adapt to varying tasks.
- Strong work ethic and consistent attendance record.
- Good physical fitness to handle manual labor tasks.
- A desire to learn and develop within a skilled trade environment.
- Must possess a Class A CDL or a standard driver’s license for entry-level candidates.
- An acceptable driving record as per insurance requirements.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Upper Peninsula and Northern Wisconsin, primarily Monday through Friday.
