The Middle School (MS) Administrative Assistant supports the Head of the Middle School in the running and maintenance of the Middle School office. Professionalism, exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality are essential to the operation of the MS office. The MS Administrative Assistant represents the Middle School and all members of the faculty and staff positively and in accordance with the mission and philosophy of Holton Arms School.

The salary range for this position is $58,000 to $60,000 depending on experience. This is a full-time 12-month position, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This position accrues vacation according to the Holton Arms School staff schedule. There may be black-out dates when leave will not be approved, such as opening and closing of the school year. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
