General Office Responsibilities
The MS Administrative Assistant will be a Christian and testify to accepting Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. As a Christian, this person should be able to effectively model an obedient Christian walk before students, faculty, staff, and the community we serve and be passionate about the mission of Christian education.

Position Overview
The Middle School Administrative Assistant supports the Middle School Principal and teachers, and the Assistant Head of School
General Office Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication with parents, teachers, students, and families.
- Maintain office equipment, supplies, and calendar.
- Student record maintenance.
- Oversee daily Silent Dismissal (carpool).
- Be available to support teachers and students as needed
- Attend and take minutes of team meetings and
- Run weekly Renweb reports for late and missing assignments and failing grades for the Principal.
- Process and prepare report cards for distribution
- Run quarterly honors reports.
- Oversee Quarter Verse Recitation for all Middle School Classes, including parent volunteer recruitment.
- Coordinate with the Enrollment Manager about communication with 8th grade parents regarding High School information
- Be available and communicate with parents about the transition process to High School including coordination with the Enrollment Manager about high school information
- Primary point of contact and coordinator of 7th and 8th grade teachers, parent volunteers, and office staff for 8th Grade end-of-year events.
- Prepare and assign lockers
- Update bulletin boards, schedules, and class activity/grading forms for US Teachers
- Prepare Bible Packets for 5-8th Grade
- Compile Back to School Night packets for 5th-8th grade teachers
- Wilderness Retreat, MS CIA projects, End of year class trip (Six Flags, Top Golf), Camp Highroad, Science Fair, Creation Museum Encounter, and End of Year Awards
