Job Title:
Scheduler and Service Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to schedule HVAC service and install appointments, ensuring timely completion of jobs. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Route technicians and follow up on job status
- Answer incoming HVAC calls and enter work orders for service requests
- Review and maintain documents for accurate record keeping
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
