Pay Range: $60,000 to $100,000 annual compensation, based on experience and performance
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements
- Educate customers on system operations and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of services performed
- Adhere to all safety standards and company procedures
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of HVAC experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, soft skills, and customer service abilities
- Licenses and certifications are preferred, but not required
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a condition offer of employment
