We're expanding and looking for HVAC Service Technicians with 1-5 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow with us. Competitive pay & incentive structure
Dispatched from home (after receipt of company vehicle after training)

40 hours of PTO after 90 days

Pay Range : $60,000 to $100,000 annual compensation, based on experience and performance

Responsibilities :

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements

Educate customers on system operations and maintenance

Maintain accurate records of services performed

Adhere to all safety standards and company procedures

Requirements :

1-5 years of HVAC experience

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics

Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication, soft skills, and customer service abilities

Licenses and certifications are preferred, but not required

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a condition offer of employment
