FOH Shift Leader

What You’ll Do :

Lead the Charge : Oversee front-of-house operations and ensure every shift runs like clockwork.
Deliver an Unmatched Guest Experience : Engage with guests, resolve issues on the fly, and create a vibe that keeps them coming back.
Coach & Motivate : Train, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver top-tier service with energy and enthusiasm.
Own the Details : Maintain Holy Chick’s high standards in cleanliness, speed, and guest interactions.
Stay on Top of Service Flow : Manage wait times, table turns, and communication between FOH and BOH.
Handle the Numbers : Assist with cash handling, comps, and sales tracking to ensure profitability.

What We’re Looking For :

1 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.

A natural ability to connect with people and create an electric guest experience.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills—you handle issues before they become problems.

A hands-on leadership style—you don’t just give orders, you work alongside your team.

The ability to keep your cool and lead with confidence, even in the middle of a crazy rush.

Willingness to work nights, weekends, and peak hours with a go-getter attitude.
