  • Keep It Efficient : Oversee food prep, inventory, and ordering to minimize waste and maximize profits.
  • Stay Compliant : Maintain a clean and safe kitchen that passes every health inspection with flying colors.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 2 years of experience managing a high-volume kitchen.
  • Proven skills in inventory control, food cost management, and team leadership.
  • Passion for creating memorable food and an eye for detail that catches the smallest flaws.
  • A cool head under pressure—you’re unshakable during the rush.
  • Commitment to upholding safety and sanitation standards.
