We are currently searching for a High School Religion Teacher to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Religion, has a background in teaching and enjoys working with children.
Holy Cross High School is a fully accredited high school through Cognia and the Kentucky Non-Public School Commission with an enrollment of 335 students.
Holy Cross High School offers a unique curriculum structure with its layered curriculum that helps to take advantage of academic strengths and build on areas of weakness.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards for high school religion courses.
- Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management and communication skills.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and participate in school activities.
- Mentor students and provide guidance on spiritual and ethical matters, encouraging their personal development.
Qualifications
- Strong classroom management skills
- Experience working with high school students preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
