POSITION PURPOSE
The Executive Assistant position is responsible for handling a wide range of executive-level administrative support-related tasks for the Support Operations and Finance Divisions and works independently with little or no supervision.
MINIMUM MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- Four (4) years of direct work experience at a senior or executive level of clerical/administrative support.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field or four (4) years additional direct work experience.
Mandatory Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Well-organized, efficient task management and attention to detail skills.
- Competency in basic accounting, finance reporting and compilation tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interface with executive-level leaders across the organization.
- Must have the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining calm, flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including proper spelling and grammar.
- Excellent proficiency in computer software and applications associated with a business environment including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
- A record of satisfactory performance in all prior and current employment as evidenced by positive employment references from previous and current employers.
