Position Summary :
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the organization, ensuring seamless regulatory compliance, efficient nursing services, and well-coordinated administrative activities. The role involves managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining confidential information while fostering a productive and organized workplace.
This is an onsite position in Las Vegas, NM
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Coordination
Organize and maintain appointments and calendars for principals.
Coordinate meetings, including preparation and follow-ups.
Communication
Serve as the liaison for internal and external customers to exchange and relay information.
Screen and manage telephone calls, delivering messages promptly.
Documentation & Records
Maintain administrative files, including minutes, financial data, and legal information.
Create reports, presentations, and charts as needed.
Meeting Support
Take meeting minutes and assist with committee agenda preparation.
Perform secretarial functions for assigned committees and meetings.
Project Assistance
Undertake project duties and communicate progress with stakeholders.
Support the Quality Director in Quality Improvement Council activities, including preparing agendas and presentations.
Office Management
Monitor office supplies and arrange equipment repairs.
Distribute accurate monthly administrative call schedules.
Confidentiality
Handle sensitive corporate and hospital information with discretion.
Other Responsibilities
Manage travel arrangements as requested.
Follow through on issues using appropriate protocols.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education :
Two years of college or equivalent education in a business-related field (preferred).
Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, with health care experience.
Exceptional computer and organizational skills.
Licenses / Certificates :
None required.
Competencies
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
