Responsibilities

- Monitor student behavior and implement behavior management strategies effectively.
- Engage with students during activities, promoting social skills and teamwork.
- Assist with classroom organization, including preparing materials and maintaining cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to childhood development and special education practices.
