Wahlert Catholic High School and Mazzuchelli Catholic Middle School in Dubuque, Iowa, are seeking a Media Center / Help Desk Lead to join our family! This 9-month, full-time position will begin in the 2025-2026 school year.
The Media Center/Help Desk Lead plays a vital role in supporting students and staff by maintaining an organized, accessible, and engaging library space. This position involves managing the media collection, organizing instructional materials, and assisting with technology troubleshooting to enhance learning. By collaborating with educators and fostering an inviting environment, the Lead ensures the library remains a valuable resource for research, study, and exploration. Knowledge of curricular areas and frontline computer troubleshooting is essential to effectively support the interdisciplinary needs of the learning community. The qualified candidate will have experience with media center software, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, along with moderate troubleshooting skills and strong communication skills. Two-year degree and experience in a library, media center, or educational setting preferred.
