LEAD Maintenance Technician (M-F, 7-3)

Holy Family Senior Living Inc., a Catholic-based Continuing Care Retirement Community located in historic Bethlehem, PA has a great opportunity for one full-time, LEAD Maintenance Technician.

The primary function of this position is to perform skilled maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, equipment and systems to ensure efficient and high quality operations. The Lead Maintenance Technician acts as a team lead to assist the Director in ensuring that all maintenance work is done safely and efficiently in accordance with established procedures and consistent with the Life Safety Code of the National Fire Protection Association and all state and federal regulations. This position requires skilled diagnostic/troubleshooting and repair knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and painting.
