Maintenance Technician

Holy Family Senior Living Inc., a Catholic-based Continuing Care Retirement Community located in historic Bethlehem, PA has a great opportunity for one part-time, Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for general building maintenance and security throughout our facility and campus. The position is part-time (15 hours/week) evening shift (11pm-7am) and the work schedule is Tuesday and Sunday one week, and Friday and Saturday the other week.

The primary function of this position is to maintain the interior of the buildings and perform preventative maintenance on equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with established procedures and consistent with Life Safety Code and state/federal regulations.

***This is not a Housekeeping or Custodian position. General Maintenance knowledge and experience is required.
