Holy Family Senior Living Inc. (HFSL) is seeking a RN/Relief House Supervisor to cover 3rd Shift (11:00 pm- 7:00 am) at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in historic Bethlehem, PA. The RN/Relief House Supervisor works with the Director of Nursing, Clinical Educator/ADON and Scheduling & Staff Operations Manager to ensure quality care for our patients and residents.
If you are looking for a position to enhance your nursing and supervisory skillset, this is it! The RN/Relief House Supervisor has clinical and supervisory oversight of the Nursing Units. Primary responsibilities include supervision of staff, daily rounds and electronic documentation. This key nursing team position assists in the orientation of new staff and supervises/mentors clinical team. This full-time position (37.5 hours/week) requires every other weekend and holiday rotation.
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN in the Commonwealth of PA
- 3 years of nurse supervisor experience in skilled nursing or related setting.
- Demonstrated supervisor/leadership skills and/or wound care experience.
- The equivalent combination of education and experience combined with the right attitude and enthusiasm will be considered!
