RN/Relief House Supervisor

Holy Family Senior Living Inc. (HFSL) is seeking a RN/Relief House Supervisor to cover 3rd Shift (11:00 pm- 7:00 am) at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in historic Bethlehem, PA. The RN/Relief House Supervisor works with the Director of Nursing, Clinical Educator/ADON and Scheduling & Staff Operations Manager to ensure quality care for our patients and residents.
If you are looking for a position to enhance your nursing and supervisory skillset, this is it! The RN/Relief House Supervisor has clinical and supervisory oversight of the Nursing Units 4 shifts every 2 weeks and serves as RN Charge Nurse 6 shifts every two weeks. Primary responsibilities include supervision of staff, daily rounds and electronic documentation. This key nursing team position assists in the orientation of new staff and supervises/mentors clinical team. This full-time position (37.5 hours/week) requires every other weekend and holiday rotation.
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN in the Commonwealth of PA
- 3 years of nurse supervisor experience in skilled nursing or related setting.
- Demonstrated supervisor/leadership skills and/or wound care experience.
- The equivalent combination of education and experience combined with the right attitude and enthusiasm will be considered!
