Key Responsibilities
- Champion and promote the Music Center’s mission, vision, and values in all interactions and responsibilities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, serving as a primary contact for students, parents, faculty, and the community.
- Oversee daily administrative functions, ensuring smooth workflows and organized documentation.
- Manage communications, inclusive of emails and phone inquiries, with utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Process financial transactions and maintain precise records in QuickBooks while assisting with billing and registration tasks.
- Participate in planning and executing events to enhance community involvement with the Center.
- Ensure an inviting and organized office environment by managing supplies and equipment effectively.
- Assist in marketing initiatives via social media engagement and event promotion.
- Collaborate with volunteers and staff to enhance the Center’s programs and initiatives.
- Undertake miscellaneous tasks as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to team success.
- Proven experience in customer service, characterized by a friendly demeanor and an empathetic approach.
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on reliability and the ability to learn swiftly.
- Capacity to follow directions while transitioning to independent operation with robust organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with QuickBooks and Office 365 is a plus.
