Key Responsibilities
- Advocate and embody the Music Center’s mission, vision, and values in everyday interactions and undertakings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, serving as the main point of contact for students, parents, faculty, and community stakeholders.
- Oversee daily administrative functions, ensuring streamlined workflows and meticulous record-keeping.
- Manage communications, including emails, phone calls, and direct inquiries, with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
- Process financial transactions, maintain precise records in QuickBooks, and assist with billing and registration processes.
- Participate in the planning and execution of events, enhancing community engagement and outreach.
- Ensure a welcoming and organized office environment, including inventory management of supplies and equipment.
- Support marketing initiatives through active social media engagement and event promotion.
- Collaborate with volunteers and staff to enhance the Center’s programs and initiatives.
- Execute additional duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
- Extensive customer service experience, complemented by a friendly and compassionate demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
