SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Serves as a geriatric provider liaison for the trauma service who assists in the development and implementation of geriatric protocols and is available for patient consultation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- Master’s degree in Nursing
- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Minimum one (1) year experience Nurse Practitioner Critical Care
- Minimum one (1) year experience Geriatric Patient Care
- AGACNP certification required.
- Licensed as a nurse practitioner in the State of Pennsylvania
