Job Title: Resident Care Assistant – Assisted Living Department
Pay: Starting at $15.00
Shift:2:00PM-10:30PM, 10:00PM-6:00am
No licensing required! We provide comprehensive on-the-job training, including medication certification.
Description:
As a Resident Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in the daily lives of our assisted living residents, helping with essential tasks to ensure their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Under the guidance of a Registered or Licensed Nurse Manager/Designee, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on care in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming.
- Help during mealtimes by serving food, cleaning up, and assisting residents as needed.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment by tidying residents' rooms, shared spaces, and equipment.
- Provide companionship and transport residents to meals, activities, and appointments.
- Monitor residents regularly to ensure their safety and comfort, addressing personal needs promptly.
- Develop strong working relationships with team members across all departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Stay committed to resident privacy, safety, and respect in all aspects of care.

- Successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
