Holy Trinity School, a faith-based community dedicated to academic excellence and the spiritual development of our students, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year.
Position Overview:
The Preschool Teacher will foster a nurturing, faith-filled, and engaging classroom environment to support the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth of our youngest learners. This position requires a commitment to the Catholic mission of Holy Trinity School, a collaborative teaching approach, and a dedication to inspiring curiosity and a love of learning in children.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with school curriculum and standards.
Create a warm and inclusive classroom environment that promotes creativity, exploration, and independence.
Support the social-emotional development of students through positive behavior management and encouragement.
Maintain consistent communication with families to foster a strong home-school partnership.
Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and administration to ensure the success of each child.
Plan and organize activities that integrate faith-based learning and Catholic values into daily routines.
Monitor and document student progress through assessments and observations.
Ensure classroom safety and cleanliness, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (required).
State certification in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
Experience teaching preschool or early elementary students (preferred).
Strong classroom management skills and a nurturing demeanor.
Knowledge of child development and best practices in early childhood education.
