Job Summary
The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless guest experience at our establishment. This position involves overseeing the front desk operations, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service to all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in hospitality management, with a focus on guest relations and hotel operations.

Duties

• Supervise front desk staff and ensure efficient operation during shifts.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and courtesy.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Conduct night audits to ensure accuracy in billing and financial reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
• Train new front desk employees on hotel policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Manage phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is followed by all staff members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
• Monitor front desk operations for compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest relations.
• Familiarity with night audit processes is preferred.
• Proficient in using phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.60 - $15.09 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
