Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Schedule: Part Time, 16-20 hours per week: Monday,Wednesday,Friday and on call rotation
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a solid background in administrative tasks and a passion for providing exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of patient and employee records.
- Support the Lead Scheduler with scheduling activities as needed.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take accurate messages, maintaining professionalism and proper phone etiquette.
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm, courteous, and professional demeanor.
- Participate in on-call rotation as required.
- Prepare new hire packets and create client folders/charts.
- Track and document instances of assignment refusals, call-outs, late arrivals, and early departures.
- Assist with marketing efforts and other duties as assigned by supervision.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
