Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an insurance producer at Home Builders Insurance Services. The role is located in Waxahachie, TX, with some work from home flexibility. You will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our commercial insurance client base. You will identify and pursue sales opportunities, develop customized insurance solutions, and present them to potential clients. You will also maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional coverage. This is a commission-based position so the sky is the limit on what you can make.
Qualifications
- Insurance Sales and Insurance skills
- Active Texas P&C License
- Prior experience in this industry is a plus.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in handling Employee Benefits
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations
