We are looking for someone to work either 8:00am – 4:30pm OR 8:30am-5pm with a half hour lunch.

Responsibilities:
- Work with management team to assign appropriate field staff to each client
- Must effectively communicate scheduling and changes with clients, employees, and management team, as instructed
- Create, maintain, and coordinate schedules
- Contact caregivers to fill shifts, implement shift changes to caregivers
- Contact client and/or family regarding changes in schedule
- Monitor and follow up on telephony, as well as checking for accuracy of caregiver’s arrival and departure times
- Filing as needed
- Answer incoming calls from clients, family members, field staff and vendors
- Help with caregiver reminders, calling to get updated copies into their employee charts
- Participate in the on-call scheduling staff rotation *additional pay opportunity*
- Assistance with monitoring of electronic verification visits via the 3rd party system
- Orientation assistance
- Available to help go into client’s homes and cover shifts that come available
- Other tasks as assigned by management

- Ability to quickly learn basic computer programs and processes
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
