Job Description
The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions, enabling individuals to remain in their own homes.
- Provide or assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and transferring patients safely.
- Reports observations of client conditions to agency directors or account managers.
- Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Six months' experience in home care is preferred.
- Successful completion of a competency evaluation is mandatory.
